The Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee promotes the interests and effectiveness of the nonprofit sector through strengthening organizational capacity, expanding volunteerism and encouraging collaboration. We are a membership organization serving nonprofits and helping them become stronger and more effective organizations. The Volunteer Center of Greater Milwaukee is a program of the Nonprofit Center of Milwaukee, Inc.

Nonprofit Center members may list their volunteer opportunities with the Volunteer Center and receive member benefits in training and consultation; job postings; data reports and management assistance. Log in to post your volunteer opportunities. New members and nonmembers read the "Who should sign up?" and the "FAQ". Members can post any number of opportunities, and nonmembers can enter one free posting for a limited time.

Nominate a Volunteer for our Annual "Inspire by Example" Award
This award is designed to recognize an outstanding adult, youth, team, nonprofit agency volunteer coordinator, and business that demonstrate commitment to volunteering and are actively volunteering in the community. These awards will be given to honor volunteers for their many hours of community service and to recognize a business for promoting, encouraging and supporting employee volunteerism. Winning nonprofit organizations will receive a $500 donation. Complete the attached nomination form and submit by Friday, February 22nd.
